Fees applied to transaction go to support the networks that run the coin/token – so, for instance, every standard (non-contract) ETH transaction currently applies a fee of 0.0026 ETH. This fee doesn’t go to us, it goes to reward miners (thereby ensuring that the transaction is logged into the blockchain in a timely fashion) and support the Ethereum network itself.
As newer coins are implemented, each coin is subjected to their own transaction fee that goes to their respected networks.
Off-chain transactions, i.e. transactions made between Freewallet customers, require no fee.
We ask you to keep in mind that network fees may vary due to the current high volatility of cryptocurrency markets. You can always see the fee amount in our app or in web wallet, when you making a transfer.
