When we notice suspicious activity in customers’ accounts we immediately block them for security reasons. In accordance with the AML policy to which Freewallet subscribes, we kindly ask you to go through the account verification procedure.

If you find your account blocked please send us the color scanned copy of your official identification (national/travel passport or driving license). The document should be at least 200 DPI, unedited, with all the personal data clearly visible. Additionally, please provide us a reasonable explanation of your account activity, so we can ensure you are not doing anything harmful to our system.

The withdrawal option will remain locked until you have gone through the verification procedure. Thank you for your understanding.
